recherches sur les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 ax\u00e9es sur les politiques. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les int\u00e9r\u00eats du Dr Nickel en mati\u00e8re de recherche sont centr\u00e9s sur l\u2019examen de l\u2019incidence sur la sant\u00e9 de la population et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Dans ce cadre, il a men\u00e9 des recherches sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation des programmes visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats pour les enfants; des recherches sur la sant\u00e9 mentale et les d\u00e9pendances examinant les r\u00e9sultats associ\u00e9s aux troubles li\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation d\u2019alcool et de m\u00e9thamph\u00e9tamine; et les r\u00e9sultats associ\u00e9s aux interactions avec les syst\u00e8mes provinciaux tels que la justice et les syst\u00e8mes de protection de l\u2019enfance.
